Kap Aan Logo

Logo design for Kap Aan, an outdoor-focused tour company based in Cape Town, South Africa.

The process involved numerous concepts and iterations, and eventually the chosen logo was this one. The “mountainside” profile was traced from a photo of Devil’s Peak as seen from the Mowbray Ridge route.

The logo has four formats: icon only, icon with text beneath, a horizontal word mark with the icon replacing the “k”, and a stacked version.
